We have more than 600 muscles in our body! Even if we´re bigger or smaller, we all have the same amount. Our muscles do everything from pumping blood throughout your body into just lifting your heavy bag. You control some of your muscles, while others Like your heart and brain without you thinking about them at all. We are focusing on these questions, How do our muscles work? How many muscles do we have? and Why are muscles important for our body? This is what I'm going to explain to you readers.

Muscles need a lot of things to work, Such as: Healthy food, Exercise and Stretches. Healthy food is very important for your health and muscles, getting the right protein and vitamins helps your muscles relax and strengthen them more. Our muscles have three main muscles, the cardiac muscle, the skeletal muscle and the smooth muscle. The cardiac muscle known as the heart muscle, this muscle is found of the walls that protects our heart. Cardiac muscle pumps blood from our heart to around our body, the heart can also be called the myocardium. The skeletal muscle, It is a form of striated muscle tissue which is placed under the voluntary control of the somatic nervous system. Most of the skeletal muscle is attached to bones by bundles of fibers known as tendons. The smooth muscle works by themselves, it is also called voluntary. This muscle is used when you feel like spewing and it forces the food up into your mouth pushing it out.

Your brain and heart is another way of how your muscles work. The brain sends messages to different parts of your body and also receives messages from our muscles, For an example: When you feel pain in your muscles, the muscle sends a message to the brain detecting that you have pain in the particular muscle. The heart is protected by the muscle of Cardiac, The Cardiac muscle is the walls of the heart. It surrounds the heart, the muscle pumps blood to the vessels of the left/body/systemic and right/lungs circulatory systems. The cells that constitute cardiac muscle are called cardiomyocytes or myocardiocytes. The myocardium is the muscle tissue of the heart, and forms a thick middle layer between two layers. The outer epicardium and the inner endocardium.

My body is very important to me and I learnt a lot of things about my body and my muscles. Its helps me think about what's good for my muscles and how my muscles work, to me my body is like a temple.
